Payment Terms

Registration fees will be charged upon receipt of registration forms.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be made upon receipt of written notification* of cancellation at the Conference Secretariat, as follows:

  • Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the symposium) – Full refund

Regardless the above, In case the conference will be cancelled by the organizers due to the Covid-19 virus restrictions set by the government, prohibiting the conference to take place, a full refund will be returned to the participant.
